Estonia appliede for memberskip in 2017 and approved official members at the Danish competitions in 2018 (participated outside the competition).
Estonians were official competitors at the NVC in Norway in 2019.

Rules will be updated priorer to next NVC and rule changes can only be agreed upon at the Nordic Veteran Meeting.
